Walk & Talk

Therapy, but in motion. Sometimes, getting outside and walking while we talk helps thoughts flow more freely, eases tension, and makes tough conversations feel a little lighter. Movement and expression go hand in hand, and these sessions blend traditional psychotherapy with the grounding power of physical activity.

Since these sessions take more coordination, they’ll be 60 minutes long. Let’s walk it out!

Yin Yoga

A slow, intentional practice designed to meet you where you are with Valentina, ACSW. These personalized Yin Yoga sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and energy work to create a deep sense of safety and ease in your body. Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, seeking a stronger connection to your pelvic space, or simply looking for a grounding practice, each session is tailored to your unique needs.

Community Work

Healing happens in communities, not just in therapy rooms. We offer mentoring, educational talks, and trainings to schools, law firms, health centers, and community organizations—helping them integrate Trauma-Informed Care practices so the people they serve feel safe, supported, and empowered.
