SERVICES

We’re not your typical therapy practice - no stiff couches or clinical jargon here, just a space for you to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating a tough life transition, breaking free from old patterns, or simply need a space to talk it out -we are here for it. We’re passionate about creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. Our approach blends empathy, understanding, and direct communication to help you tackle whatever’s on your plate. Think of it as a conversation with someone who’s got your back, but with tools to help you create real, lasting change. Whether it’s through therapy, movement, or simply being heard, we’re here to meet you where you are and support your journey with curiosity, compassion, and a fresh perspective. We believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our approach.

Therapy / Coaching

Let’s talk it out—the parts you’re comfortable with, the parts that hold pain and fear, and the parts that have yet to be uncovered. Therapy is about exploring your past, understanding its impact on your present, and healing what weighs you down. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, helping you build the tools to move forward with confidence. Whether we’re diving deep or mapping out your next steps, we bring curiosity, compassion, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Intimacy / Sex

Sexuality is deeply personal, and exploring it should feel safe, empowering, and pleasure-centered. Whether you’re navigating intimacy solo or with a partner, our work together will help you cultivate connection in a way that aligns with your values and comfort. Through open conversation and deep exploration, we’ll uncover what holds you back, redefine pleasure on your terms, and support you in embracing your most authentic expression.

Couples Therapy

Whether you’re rebuilding, strengthening, or deciding to part ways, our work together is collaborative, direct, and emotionally driven. Relationships don’t exist in a vacuum—our earliest experiences shape how we connect, communicate, and navigate conflict. Let’s uncover the learned dynamics from childhood that show up in your partnership, understand their impact, and create a path forward that fosters clarity, connection, and growth—whatever that looks like for you.

Walk & Talk

Therapy, but in motion. Sometimes, getting outside and walking while we talk helps thoughts flow more freely, eases tension, and makes tough conversations feel a little lighter. Movement and expression go hand in hand, and these sessions blend traditional psychotherapy with the grounding power of physical activity.

Location : Long Beach (Vanessa) & Echo Park (Valentina)

Since these sessions take more coordination, they’ll be 60 minutes long. Let’s walk it out!

Community Work

Healing happens in communities, not just in therapy rooms. We offer mentoring, educational talks, and trainings to schools, law firms, health centers, and community organizations—helping them integrate Trauma-Informed Care practices so the people they serve feel safe, supported, and empowered. Whether it’s a one-time workshop or an ongoing collaboration, our goal is to create spaces where learning, growth, and healing can thrive.

FAQS

  • We do not accept insurance and are considered out-of-pocket providers. However, we can provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Superbills can only be provided for CA based therapy clients. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend reaching out to your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, reimbursement rates, and any required documentation. If you need help navigating this process, we’re happy to assist!

  • We understand that life happens, and unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the full session fee. That said, we know flexibility is important, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible. If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss options.

  • The process begins with a free consultation call, where we’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine if we’re a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, giving us time to explore your concerns, set goals, and develop strategies for growth. If you’re interested in walk-and-talk therapy, these sessions are 60 minutes to allow for a more relaxed, movement-based approach.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to create a pace and approach that feels right for you. Whether you're looking for short-term support or long-term growth, the goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

  • This is so important! Finding a therapist that aligns with what you’re looking for is a huge piece in creating safety in exploration. Please let me know as soon as you feel a disconnect- whether that is after a few sessions or during our consultation call. I’m happy to provide referrals to other professionals who may be a better match.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
